Our recruitment process, what can you expect? When applying for a role with us we make it exciting, memorable and insightful. We believe in really getting to know you and giving you the best chance to shine! That’s why we start with a text-based interview (mobile friendly of course), that you can complete at a time that suits you – which takes no more than 20 minutes. In the text interview, we have the opportunity to find out more about you and at the end of it give you something in return. After you complete your application you will receive a personalised feedback report highlighting your strengths, along with some coaching tips to keep and refer to as you desire. Pretty cool right?
